Job Details:(i) The Medical Consultant / Doctor should possess MBBS degree. Gynecologist would be preferred
(ii) The Doctor should have minimum 3 years’ experience and she should be Mumbai based
(iii) She will be required to visit the Bank’s premises at the above address for minimum three days in a week (minimum one hour per day – on Tuesdays & Thursdays preferably between 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays between 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m
(iv) She will be required to give medical services/advice to the Bank’s employees, their dependents, prospective entrants into the Bank’s services etc.. No fees will be charged by the Doctor for the said services
(v) She may be required to scrutinize the medical claims of staff members wherever necessary and to give opinion regarding ailment of the concerned staff members and its gravity etc..
(vi) Consolidated amount of Rs.12,500/- per month will be paid to the doctor as professional charges. No additional amount will be paid on any other count
(vii) Since the engagement is purely on contractual terms, she will not be entitled for membership in Bank’s Provident Fund or any other benefits as applicable to Bank’s employees
(viii) The initial contractual engagement may be for a period of one year and after ascertaining utility of the services of the lady Doctor / feedback received from the staff members, the matter shall be reviewed after one year and may be extended. However, if the services provided by appointed doctor are not found to be of desired level, the same may be terminated by giving one month’s notice.
